Eternal Light is a Christian prayer and reflection app designed to provide a calm, respectful, and privacy-conscious experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may access, store, or process, how that information is used, and what choices you have.

Eternal Light may offer AI-assisted prayer generation. When this feature is used, the app may send limited prayer-request information to a remote service in order to generate prayer text.

The app does not ask you to enter highly sensitive personal information for normal use. Please do not submit private medical, financial, or other highly sensitive personal information in prayer requests or reflections.
If live AI generation is unavailable, the app may fall back to an on-device prayer experience or a previously cached prayer.
If you choose to enable prayer reminders, Eternal Light may request permission to post notifications on your device. These reminders are used to deliver local daily prayer notifications you have chosen to receive.
You can disable reminders at any time in the app settings or in your device settings.
Eternal Light includes spoken prayer playback features. These features are intended to read prayer content aloud using device or platform speech capabilities.
The current version is not intended to require microphone access for normal prayer playback. If a future version introduces voice input or recording, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
The current user experience is designed to work without requiring account creation for ordinary prayer use. If sign-in or connected account features are enabled in a future or optional flow, basic authentication information such as a user identifier, name, email address, login method, and session token may be processed and securely stored as needed to support that feature.
Eternal Light does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only as needed to operate the features you use, such as remote prayer generation or authentication services if those features are enabled.
Eternal Light is not intended to use in-app advertising in its current version. It is also not intended to include third-party analytics for ordinary prayer use unless clearly disclosed in a future update.
If advertising or analytics are added later, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
Locally stored data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Remote service providers may temporarily process request data needed to generate responses or support service operation, subject to their own retention and operational practices.
Eternal Light is not directed specifically to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app inappropriately, please contact the developer.
Reasonable efforts are made to reduce unnecessary data collection and to keep locally stored information private on your device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
