Start your first match in a few taps
The fastest path is simple: choose a sport, pick a preset, add player names, and start scoring. MatchScore Pro handles the scoring rules for you.
Pick a format
Select a built-in preset or adjust the match settings manually for your preferred format.
Add players
Enter names by hand or select saved Player Profiles. You can choose Singles or Doubles.
Start scoring
Tap Start Match, then tap the left or right side during play to award points instantly.
Tennis setup
Choose tennis, set the number of sets, and enter player names.
Pickleball setup
Pick points to win, number of games, and start scoring fast.
Ping-Pong setup
Use the Ping-Pong format with its own points and game settings.

Match Setup
Build the match your way
Use presets for speed or customize everything yourself. MatchScore Pro supports different sports, formats, and player setups without making the setup screen feel heavy.
Presets
Presets apply common rule sets automatically so you can get on court faster.
- Tennis includes formats like Singles Best of 3, Singles Best of 5, Pro Set, Doubles Best of 3, No-Ad Singles, and No-Ad Doubles.
- Pickleball includes rally scoring presets for 11, 15, 21, and Best of 5 to 11.
- Ping-Pong includes standard, quick, and traditional presets.
Singles or Doubles
Switch between Singles and Doubles directly on the New Match screen.
- Singles uses one player per side.
- Doubles lets you set up two teams with team names and four individual players.
- Team names show during scoring, while individual players are still tracked for stats.
Good to know
Player names can be reused from your saved profiles
Tap a player field during setup to search your saved profiles instead of typing each name again. This makes repeat matches much faster and keeps your stats consistent.
Live Scoring
Keep score quickly and confidently
The live scoring screen is designed to be fast under pressure. Tap the side that won the point and let the app manage the rule logic in the background.

Browse completed matches and filter them by sport.

Tap to award points
Tap the left or right side of the screen to give a point to the correct player or team. The score updates immediately.
UN
Undo and redo
Use Undo to reverse a mistaken point. Use Redo to re-apply it. Redo clears when a new point is scored.
AI
Rule-aware scoring
The app automatically advances games, sets, tiebreaks, and match completion based on your chosen settings.

Smart prompts
See serving guidance, court-side prompts, and alerts such as Deuce, Advantage, Set Point, Match Point, Tiebreak, and Change Ends.
VC
Voice announcements
Turn on spoken alerts from the top bar to hear important moments during play. Voice announcements work offline.
TV
Spectator Mode
Tap the TV icon during a match for a large, easy-to-read display that works well from across the court.
After the Match
Review the result and move on fast
When the match ends, MatchScore Pro takes you to a summary screen so you can review the result, start a rematch, or share the outcome.

Look up past matches anytime
Your completed matches stay organized in one place so you can revisit results, review details, and start rematches later.

Save the people you play with
The Players tab helps you build a reusable list of player profiles so setup becomes faster and your records stay cleaner.
Each player profile can store

From a player profile you can
- View win-loss record and win rate.
- See recent matches and sport breakdowns.
- Start a new match with that player pre-filled.
- Edit the profile when details change.
Settings
Set defaults once and save time later
Use Settings to decide how new matches should start and how the app behaves by default.
- Choose your default sport so the New Match screen opens the way you like.
- Set a default match type: Singles or Doubles.
- Enable voice announcements by default.
- Toggle high-contrast Spectator Mode behavior.
- Clear all match history or reset player data if needed.
- If you leave a match in progress, the app can prompt you to resume or abandon it when you return.

Restore purchases
If you already bought Pro on the same Google account, use the restore option in the app to recover your unlock after reinstalling or moving to a new device.

Does MatchScore Pro work offline?
Yes. Core scoring and voice announcements are designed to work without an internet connection.
What happens if I close the app during a match?
Your active match is saved. When you reopen the app, you can resume where you left off or abandon the in-progress match.
Can I use saved players during setup?
Yes. Tap a player name field during match setup to search and select saved Player Profiles.
Can I show the score to spectators?
Yes. During a live match, tap the TV icon to open Spectator Mode for a larger display that is easier to read from a distance.
